Nigerian Petroleum Development Company Limited (NPDC), a subsidiary of Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) intends to set up a tank farm to be located at Oredo Flow Station within OML 111 in Edo State.
The system will consist of four (4) crude oil storage tanks with a capacity of 30,000 barrel per tank, making a total of 120,000-barrel crude oil storage facility. The existing facilities at Oredo flow station will pump from (3) sources (5,000 BOPD Condensate Stabilizer, EPF2 Crude Transfer Pumps and from booster pump 50-P-2402) to a common header into the 4 x 30,000bbl storage tank facility. Crude Oil from the 4 x 30,000 bbl storage facility will be discharged to the 6” header of the existing 2 x 20,000BOPD export pumps which then sends it through metering facility for export.
