PROJECT SCOPE
The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC E& P) intends to carry out CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION OF THE INLET MANIFOLD IN OPUAMA FIELD OML 40
The scope of work for the project is to carryout Engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and installation of the Inlet Manifold Skid at Opuama Flowstation OML 40.
Provision for Engineering Design
Procurement of piping, structural materials, valves, spools, elbows, flanges etc. required for the work.
Fabrication of 1 nos. x 8 strings inlet manifold including skid.
Piling works to receive platform extension, which involve installing a 6nos point pile legs at a depth between 29m to 43m or at a refusal depth. Pile size is 12” pipe Sch. 80 also will require installation of anodes on pile
Provision of Walkway Extension.
Isolation of existing inlet manifold for the installation of new one
Evacuate and drain crude from the existing inlet manifold to COMPANY approved containment as per project WMS
Site Preparation, Level and Survey works.
Hydrotest
Sandblasting, Undercoating / Priming and Painting as required
Provision for project management which includes As-Built Drawing submission, QA/QC, WMS, JHA, etc
